Pasteurizing milk and cream...
Yesterday I pasteurized some milk and cream. It is really easy to do yourself. You just heat up the milk to 161 degrees and hold it for 15 sec and then immediately cool by putting the pan in a sink full of ice or do like I did and set it out in the snow where it's only 5 degrees out. :)
Going to make cheese and butter today...
Thats easier than I ever thought it would be. Where did you get ur raw milk if I may ask. I so am hoping I can talk my husband into gettin a milk cow one day..lol..we have the eggs and the bacon ..now we need the milk.LOL..BUT I am serious.
