    What is my favorite recipe? So hard to choose just one. Hm...I'm a steak fan. Purist. Throw some salt, pepper, & garlic salt on that and serve it to me medium rare. Nothing makes me happier.

    This is fantastic breakfast recipe: Winter Garden Scrambled Eggs
    8 eggs
    1 Cup finely chopped, fully cooked ham
    1/4 Cup chopped sweet red pepper
    1/4 Cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 Cup sliced canned mushrooms
    1/4 Cup chopped onion
    1/4 Cup butter (or whatever you use)
    1/4 Teaspoon garlic
    Pinch pepper
    Pinch celery seed
    In a bowl, beat eggs; add ham, perppers, mushrooms, & onion. Melt butter in a large skillet and add mixture. Cook and stir gently over medium heat until the eggs are completely set. Add garlic salt, pepper and celery seed.

    Hmmmm just 1 huhhhh well then it has to be my homemade from scratch (baked not refrig)Cheesecake. I get lots of compliments but I make many different flavors for different occassions.

    Hummm....my favorite recipe? I love to cook so that is a hard one! I think it depends on the season. Right now I love to make anything to warm us up. Tonight we had taco soup and it was so yummy!

    And finally my favorite recipe; incredibly hard to choose but peanut butter is probably my favorite food so one of my favorite recipes is definitely peanut butter noodles with whatever veggies I have on hand! I usually make the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter with warm water until I get the desired consistency then add to taste hot sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce (or some equivalent), minced garlic, rice vinegar, and honey. I think I got the original from Molly Katzens Enchanted Broccoli Forest Cookbook.

    We recently joined a local/organic vegetable delivery service, so have been eating healthier than ever before -- and I'm cooking vegetables I've never cooked.     My favorite recipe is for what I've always called "eggs goldenrod". It's hard-boiled eggs in a white cream sauce. It's an old, old recipe. It's something my mother ate as a little girl, then she made it for me when I was little. It's tasty and cheap to make :) :) Love and hugs from the ocean shores of California, Heather :)
